1Which Nespresso*machine are Eco Pods compatible with?
Eco Pods are compatible with Nespresso* Original Home systems. At this stage, it is not compatible with Vertuoline, Nespresso*Professional, Tassimo or Lavazza. Please get in touch and email us service@mattaespresso.com for any queries.
2How do I use my Eco Pods capsules?
Use them as you would your regular Nespresso* capsule. Ensure your machine is turned on for sufficient time to ensure water is warm.
3 How do i prepare a lungo?
Eco Pods make a perfect single espresso. If you prefer your coffee a little stronger and full bodied, you can use two capsules on the espresso setting.
4My capsule is stuck in the machine.
It is recommended you eject your capsule immediatley after use. To release the capsule if stuck in the machine, just use the back of a teaspoon.
5Can I order outside of Australia?

6Will I lose my warranty if I use non Nespresso* pods.
No you will not. Under not circumstances should this be the case.
7What do I do with used capsules.
If you throw away your used capsules in a regular waste bin, then they may end up in landfill, recycled, or incinerated. In all three cases, our pods will break down, it just means the time will vary. To get the best out of our pods, put them in the bio-bin. We recommend popping your pods in the organic waste bin, so they can be whisked away to an industrial composting plant. Composting at home comes with its difficulties. Finding the sweet spot where the microbes in your home compost pile can flourish can be quite tricky. The pros at an industrial composting facility can do this with ease, and in their hands, it will take around 12 weeks for the pods to decompose.
